Rule 20
To Prepare Merit List
The merit list shall be prepared by adding the marks secured by a candidate who has appeared in the examination and marks as prescribed by the Commission for the division of the educational qualification as mentioned in the advertisement in the case of open competition conducted by the Commission pursuant to Rule 9.
